ANKO project team and Worldfish facilitated with committee to implement community action plan in 33 target CFRs to improve the biodiversity, fish habitat by removed aquatic plan out, built guarding house, deepening CFR ,Planting tree/flooded forest and grass,Fish fingerlings/brood stock
Install Dam on outflow/spillway of CFR : 9 CFRs hae to build 9 Dam for store water in CFR on try season and have place for fish live.
Deepening/Expanding CFRs: 25 CFRs 434,079 m3 were dug and expanded on this project.
Removal of excess aquatic plants in CFR:  33 CFRs were 282,180 m2 contributed by community allows enough oxygen to be produced in the pond for plankton to grow and for fish to breathe.
Install samrahs into CFR: 30 CFRs were 6960 m2 toimprove the habitat for fish, including providing an area which shelters small fish from predators and from illegal fishing actions. 
Plant aquatic plant into CFR:  6 CFRs were 502m2 to improve the habitat for fish, including providing an area which shelters small fish from predators and from illegal fishing actions. 
Fish fingerlings/brood stock: 33 CFRshas brood stock 287 kg and fingerling fish 15550 head for improve fish in CFR
Planting tree on CFR Bank: 32 CFRs has planted tree were 2615 trees contributed by community participate from authority monk’s teacher student and communities.
Make Fence surrounding CFR: 23 CFRs 2573 m build fence forprotect cow or buffalos into CFR eat tree that planted around CFR.
Channel rehabilitation:  1 Channels were dug long  5,304m  ( 1 Channel 400m funded by Company )
Install guarding house: 18 CFR have to in stall 18 guarding house for CFR Committee have to partoling at every night.
Install cement pole in CFR: 2 CFR have 20 pole for marking CFR and conservation boundary.
Install water level in CFR: 23 CFR have 23 water level.
Install CFR sign board: 33 CFR have 40 sign board for for inform the CFR.
Install in / out let in CFR: 21 CFR have to install 28 in/out let for fish imgration.
As the results from those intervention the CFR have better habitate for fish and aquatic animal:
The average depth of CFRs in dry season in 2.49m while there is no CFR depth below 1.5cm
The average size of CFRs in dry season in 1.01 ha with aquatic plants covered average is 24% of CFR size
All sites have better connectivites between CFR and ricefield more than 70% sites have 2 or more inlet/outlet
There is no CFR which dry up or fish died because of poor water quality
